There are some great restaurants popping up in Highland Park.  You still long time restaurants and brand new ones with delicious food and a great atmosphere. Higland Park is getting the attention from some wonderful chefs.  Below are a list of some of my favorite restaurants in the area.

• Amara Kitchen: Organiz American breakfast, lunch, and Dinner with gluten-free and paleo friendly options.
• Kitchen Mouse: Delicious eatery with vegan, vegetarian, sugar-free and gluten-free options. One of the top choices for gourmet healthy catering in Los Angeles.
• The Hermosillo: Hip, artsy haunt featuring rotating draft beers, wine & creative spins on global bar bites.
• Maximiliano: Trendy trattoria with open-beamed ceilings featuring Italian classics, weekend brunch, beer & wine.
• Division 3: Walk-up window for breakfast & lunch takeout with dog-friendly patio for alfresco meals.
• Gloria’s: Gloria’s Cuisine LA, breakfast, brunch & lunch food restaurant. Elevated latin recipes and american classics.
• Hippo: This is a great American-ish restaurant in Highland Park that feels laid-back and neighborhoody. By the James Beard aware winner Matt Molina.
• Kindness & Mischief: Airy neighborhood cafe offering java, tea & pastries, plus free Wi-Fi in a serene, chic space.
